The Dutch have water management down to a science, while in Batumi we often just build and hope for the best. Seeing how they integrate canals and drainage makes our chaotic coastal construction look amateur. We prioritize the view over the foundation, which is a recipe for long term trouble. We need more engineering and less greed if we want these towers to actually last.
