1. Прийняття умов
Користуючись додатком VIR Group чи нашими вебсервісами, ви приймаєте ці Умови, Privacy Policy v2.0 та (де застосовно) Ads Policy ads-1.0.
2. Опис сервісу
VIR Group — соціальний застосунок з інтеграцією Mastodon, інструментами ведення проектів, рекламним кабінетом і опціональним крипто-гаманцем (VIR-токен).
3. Акаунт
- Реєстрація через email або Mastodon OAuth.
- Користувач відповідає за збереження облікових даних.
- Заборонено створювати фейкові, автоматизовані або багаторазово реєстровані акаунти з метою обходу обмежень.
4. Дозволений контент
- Заборонено: порнографія, насильство, мова ворожнечі, спам, копірайтинг без ліцензії, фішинг.
- Контент, що порушує українське законодавство або законодавство країни юзера, видаляється.
5. Реклама
Окремо описано в Ads Policy. Рекламодавець гарантує достовірність заявленої інформації та погоджується на ручну модерацію.
6. Платежі
- IAP — через Apple App Store / Google Play. Повернення відповідно до правил відповідної магазинної платформи.
- VIR-токен — внутрішня одиниця платформи. Курс фіксований у момент транзакції.
6.1. Публікація проекту — правило безкоштовної першої публікації
- Кожен користувач має право опублікувати свій перший проект безкоштовно з періодом розміщення (listing) 1 місяць. За цей час проект проходить ручну модерацію і, після схвалення, стає видимим у стрічці проектів.
- Наступні проекти цього ж користувача, а також повторна публікація того самого проекту після завершення 1-місячного вікна — платні через одноразову IAP-покупку «Project Publishing» (SKU
vir_project_publish_standard, ціна встановлюється Apple App Store / Google Play і може округлюватись відповідно до правил відповідного магазину).
- Безкоштовна квота розраховується як кількість live-проектів (
is_draft=false, is_blocked=false) на акаунті. Якщо live-проект видалено, слот безкоштовної публікації не відновлюється — користувачеві потрібно оплатити наступну публікацію.
- Замовлення на публікацію, які не пройшли ручну модерацію (відхилені адміном), IAP-платіж не списують; повторна спроба доступна безкоштовно за умови, що live-квота ще не витрачена.
6.2. VIR Premium — підписка
- Ціни: $6.99 / місяць або $49.99 / рік (економія 40%).
- Підписка автоматично поновлюється, якщо не скасувати щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду.
- Керувати або скасувати підписку можна в налаштуваннях підписок Apple App Store / Google Play будь-коли.
7. Інтелектуальна власність
- Користувач зберігає права на власний контент і надає нам ліцензію на показ у додатку.
- Бренд «VIR Group», логотипи й дизайн є власністю компанії.
8. Обмеження відповідальності
Сервіс надається «as is». Ми робимо все можливе для безперебійної роботи, але не гарантуємо безперервний доступ. Сукупна відповідальність не перевищує сум, фактично сплачених користувачем за останні 12 місяців.
9. Припинення
- Користувач може видалити акаунт будь-коли.
- Ми можемо обмежити доступ при порушенні цих Умов або політик.
10. Юрисдикція й вирішення спорів
Юрисдикція — Україна, м. Київ. Спори вирішуються в порядку, передбаченому українським законодавством.
11. Зміни умов
Major-зміни анонсуються за 30 днів через in-app banner і email.

1. Acceptance of the Terms
By using the VIR Group application or our web services, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy v2.0 and (where applicable) the Ads Policy ads-1.0.
2. Description of the Service
VIR Group is a social application with Mastodon integration, project management tools, an advertiser cabinet, and an optional crypto wallet (the VIR token).
3. Account
- Registration via email or Mastodon OAuth.
- The User shall be responsible for safeguarding the account credentials.
- It is prohibited to create fake, automated, or multiply-registered accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.
4. Permitted Content
- Prohibited: pornography, violence, hate speech, spam, unlicensed copywriting, phishing.
- Content that violates Ukrainian legislation or the legislation of the User's country shall be removed.
5. Advertising
Described separately in the Ads Policy. The advertiser warrants the accuracy of the information declared and agrees to manual moderation.
6. Payments
- IAP — through the Apple App Store / Google Play. Refunds shall be handled in accordance with the rules of the respective store platform.
- The VIR token is the internal unit of the platform. The exchange rate is fixed at the moment of the transaction.
6.1. Project Publication — First-Publication-Free Rule
- Each User is entitled to publish their first project free of charge, with a listing period of 1 month. During this period the project undergoes manual moderation and, once approved, becomes visible in the projects feed.
- Subsequent projects of the same User, as well as re-publication of the same project after the 1-month window expires, are paid via a one-time IAP purchase "Project Publishing" (SKU
vir_project_publish_standard, the price being set by the Apple App Store / Google Play and possibly rounded in accordance with the rules of the respective store).
- The free quota is calculated as the number of live projects (
is_draft=false, is_blocked=false) on the account. If a live project is deleted, the free-publication slot is not restored — the User must pay for the next publication.
- Publication orders that fail manual moderation (rejected by an admin) do not incur an IAP charge; a repeated attempt is available free of charge provided that the live quota has not yet been exhausted.
6.2. VIR Premium — Subscription
- Prices: $6.99/month or $49.99/year (save 40%).
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The subscription may be managed or cancelled at any time via the subscription settings of the Apple App Store / Google Play.
7. Intellectual Property
- The User retains the rights to their own content and grants us a licence to display it within the application.
- The "VIR Group" brand, logos, and design are the property of the Company.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, but we do not guarantee continuous access. The aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by the User over the last 12 months.
9. Termination
- The User may delete the account at any time.
- We may restrict access in the event of a violation of these Terms or of the policies.
10. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction — Ukraine, city of Kyiv. Disputes shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by Ukrainian legislation.
11. Changes to the Terms
Major changes shall be announced 30 days in advance via in-app banner and email.
