Finding a decent finishing crew in Batumi is becoming a nightmare. Prices are skyrocketing but the quality is actually dropping because everyone thinks they are a pro after one project. I see too many luxury apartments with crooked tiles and bad paint. It is a bubble of incompetence that will kill the market soon.
