Most people use macro for flowers or insects, but oxidized copper and weathered concrete are where the real stories are. There is something honest about how a material ages over decades, especially when you see the actual grain or the patina up close. It shows the building is breathing and reacting to the city. I prefer these raw textures over any polished new facade.
